You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to customer errors, such as choosing the wrong model or changing your mind.

We only replace products that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. If this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

4. Can I cancel an order after placing it?

An order can only be canceled within the first hour after placing it, before it goes into production.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards issued in the United States, as well as secure payments processed by Shopify.

6. Are products customized by the customer?

No. All designs are created by our team and are not customized to order. We sell cases with exclusive designs, ready to purchase.
